By visiting our store, making a purchase, using our EMI financing services, or engaging with Ali Sarah Electronics Trading Co. LLC in any capacity, you ("Customer") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from completing any transaction with us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, services, and interactions conducted at our physical store in Al Murar, Deira, Dubai.

We are engaged in the trading of mobile phones, home appliances, computer systems, audio-visual equipment, accessories, watches, photographic equipment, payment devices, and related products.

All products offered at Ali Sarah Electronics are sourced from authorized suppliers. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate at the time of display.

• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• The price agreed upon at the time of purchase is the final price for that transaction.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on promotional items.
• Availability is subject to stock levels and may change at any time.

All purchases are conducted at our physical store. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Cash (UAE Dirhams)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank Transfer (upon prior arrangement)
• EMI Installment Plans (subject to eligibility — see Section 5)

A valid sales receipt will be issued for every completed purchase. Please retain your receipt as it is required for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.

All sales are considered final once the product has been handed over to the customer and payment has been received, except where our Returns & Refunds Policy (Section 7) applies.

Ali Sarah Electronics offers in-house EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) financing to eligible customers. The following terms govern all EMI arrangements:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid Emirates ID (UAE residents) or passport (visitors) required.
• Proof of income or employment may be required for higher-value EMI plans.
• EMI approval is at the sole discretion of Ali Sarah Electronics management.
• A signed EMI agreement is mandatory before the product is released.

Default & Late Payment:

• Installments are due on the agreed date each month. Failure to pay on time constitutes a default.
• In case of repeated defaults, Ali Sarah Electronics reserves the right to repossess the product.
• Late payment charges may apply as specified in the individual EMI agreement.
• Legal action may be pursued for unresolved defaults under UAE law.

All products sold at Ali Sarah Electronics come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. The warranty period varies by product category and brand.

Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects identified under normal use conditions
• Hardware failures not caused by external damage
• Factory defects reported within the warranty period

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Physical damage, cracks, or breakage due to accidental drops or impact
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, battery degradation)
• Damage resulting from improper use or installation
• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Our returns and refunds policy is as follows:

Exchange / Return Eligibility:

• Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Original proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory for any return or exchange.
• Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
• Software, digital products, and consumables
• Products sold as "as-is" or under special promotional pricing
• Customized or special-order products
• Products where the seal or shrink wrap has been broken (unless defective)

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Ali Sarah Electronics Trading Co. LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a purchased product.
• Loss of data, business, revenue, or profits resulting from product failure.
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the specific product involved in the claim.
• Any third-party services or software bundled with or used in conjunction with purchased products.

Our liability in connection with any product sold is strictly limited to the remedy provided under our warranty and returns policy.

All customers visiting Ali Sarah Electronics are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who:

• Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward staff or other customers.
• Attempts to engage in fraudulent activity, including counterfeit currency or stolen payment cards.
• Tampers with, damages, or steals merchandise from the store.
• Provides false information in connection with EMI applications or warranty claims.

Any criminal activity will be reported to the UAE authorities immediately. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in all such matters.

Ali Sarah Electronics collects and processes certain personal information for EMI processing, warranty registration, and customer service. This may include:

• Name, contact number, and address
• Emirates ID or passport number (for EMI applications)
• Purchase history and transaction records
• Payment information (processed securely and not stored)

Your personal data is collected solely for legitimate business purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by UAE law.

Ali Sarah Electronics Trading Co. LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be displayed in our store and on our website.

Your continued use of our services or completion of a purchase after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai for resolution.
